THE DOCUMENTARY ROOM (originally The Rialto Cinema Club), in the back room of The Circular venue, was founded in early 2020. It's the only cinema night in Ireland dedicated to the documentary genre, programmed and hosted by Jenny Keogh.
Screening both Irish and International new and archive documentaries, focused mainly on the Arts, Music and Culture, Jenny gives an introduction to each film offering some background knowledge about the film's director and subject matter and there's a chance after the screening for the audience to chat about the film.
Hosted in the back room of The Circular pub in Rialto, it offers cosy setting where drinks and pizza are available throughout the night.
